Hello. I created a demo account directly through MT5.
My account number is 5058044466. It keeps showing "No connection" and when I try logging in, it says "Authorization failed".
I have recovered my password but still cannot access the original account.
Could you please help me recover access?

You need to contact your Broker CS.

many demo accounts have a 30 day limit. maybe yours is one.

Direct Metaquotes Demo accounts are frequently deleted due to nonuse, and they no longer exist.
In that case, the best that you can do is open a new Metaquotes Demo account. There is no official limit on how many Metaquotes Demo accounts that you can have, provided that you actually use them.
