You can't subscribe to a signal with a demo account.

Login into a real trading account and the Signals service will be enabled, if it is offered by your broker.

If you are logged into your MQL5 account with your dertnbertn login in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and the Signals option is still greyed out, then its possible that your broker doesn't offer the Signals service.

Try to logout of your MQL5 account, restart your MT5 terminal and login again to see if it helps.

I checked and the box is still grayed out and restarted, still the box is greyed.

How do I see if my broker offers signals?

Is there I location you can direct me to for finding the brokers information?

As far as I know - support for the Signals service for demo accounts incl any demo, contest, cents, etc. accounts were removed.
Besides, some brokers disabled the signals for their accounts.

You can ask them.

You can ask them.

No, I didn't ask my broker yet because the New Ai Assistant on metatrader tells me that there is some kind of disconnect between metatrader and said the probable cause is because I don't have any funds on my account and brokers sees my account as not active.

Btw the ai assistant is a nice add. It would be nice if you added a way to view old chats.

Thanks for your help. I'll keep you updated if I get it figured out.

Current broker does not allow signals

robertb, 2015.05.18 02:24

I want to sign up signals via MQL5 but my current broker forex.com doesn't allow signals. Any recommendations of a website that has comparison of brokers that do allow signals?

 Thx in advance

By the way, if you want access to past chats with the AI Assistant, just tell the Assistant to "save this current AI session for later reference." I've done that and the Assistant saved it to an .md file.

And as a side note, ask yourself what possible motivation that a broker-dealer could have for blocking the Signals service whatsoever. I wouldn't pee on such a broker-dealer if it were on fire. They have little to no regard for the reputation of MT5.
