Hello,
My friend’s account, "ndhsfy", was banned for “Spam” after he posted multiple similar comments on his product pages.
The comments contained links to product user guides that he wrote and published in the MQL5 Blogs section. He was adding these links to help customers find instructions for configuring and using the products.
He understands that posting similar comments repeatedly may have caused the restriction and is willing to remove or consolidate them.
How can he request a manual review of these comments and appeal the ban, taking their content and purpose into consideration?
He tried contacting Service Desk, but MQL5 Helper only replies: “Unfortunately, it is impossible to lift the ban right now. Please try again later.” It then ends the conversation without offering a way to submit his explanation.
Could an administrator please advise how to have this case reviewed?
Thank you.

Forum moderators cannot review or lift bans.
The only available channel is the Service Desk using the affected account.
NOTE: Repeated similar comments may be classified as spam regardless of intent.

Thank you for clarifying.
Could you please explain how my friend can submit a request through Service Desk using the affected account?
When he accesses it, the chatbot only replies: “Unfortunately, it is impossible to lift the ban right now. Please try again later.” It then ends the conversation without allowing him to submit a ticket or explain the situation. He also cannot post on the forum because of the ban.
What steps should he follow to contact the support team himself under these circumstances? Is there another way to open a Service Desk request from the affected account when the chatbot stops the process?
He would like to follow the correct procedure and submit his explanation directly.
Thank you for your guidance.

Once again, moderators cannot lift, review or influence account restrictions. Any appeal must be submitted through the Service Desk using the affected account. Thank you for clarifying.

I would suggest trying again in a few days.
