Account-free offline OnStart startup in a zero-capability Windows AppContainer

I am building an order-free, private offline conformance harness, not connecting to a broker or testing a trading account.

A retained attempt with MetaTrader 5 build 5800 recorded failed IPC initialization and an IPC dispatcher not started, then timed out. The retained terminal SHA256 is e108e187317c4ec998d21c55b5728a7e9e28e20b8f04a8c0b312108c07fe9674. This is historical evidence, not a claim about the current release. The failure has not been retried.

The terminal was copied alone with a freshly compiled fixed script and fixed ini into a fresh private profile. It used portable mode, zero AppContainer capabilities, kernel child-process denial and a one-process kill-on-close job, without copied Config/Bases/Profiles, login, network capability or DLL imports. The ini selected EURUSD/H1 only to host the script; its calculations used compiled synthetic inputs.

Could you identify:
1. Whether this containment configuration is supported, and any documented IPC prerequisites?
2. A supported fresh, account-free, offline bootstrap for the OnStart host chart without importing an account/profile or acquiring market data?
3. A supported diagnostic/log setting exposing the failing primitive or OS error without vendor binary modification or weakening containment?

If this is unsupported, please state that boundary. I am requesting documentation only, not an account, license, paid service or authority to trade.
