Official offline MetaEditor compiler distribution for isolated MQL5 builds

Hello,

We need to compile an internal MQL5 script into EX5 within a controlled, network-isolated Windows environment.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Is an official, complete offline MetaEditor compiler package available for build 6281 or another supported version?

  2. If not, is there a documented list of all required binaries, libraries, runtime dependencies and trusted installation components?

  3. Does MetaEditor support offline compilation using /compile, /include and /log without a broker account or internet connection?

  4. Is a fresh official installation inside an isolated Windows environment supported, and what licensing or redistribution restrictions apply?

We are seeking a supported compiler configuration, not access to trading accounts or broker services.

Please provide official documentation or refer us to an authorized MetaQuotes technical or licensing representative.

Thank you.

yes, compiling does not need internet or a broker account, the compiler runs fully local. what works for isolated build machines: install MT5 once on a connected PC, then copy the whole install folder to the isolated one (or run it with /portable so the data folder stays inside the install folder). then from a batch or script:
metaeditor64.exe /compile:"C:\Build\MQL5\Scripts\MyScript.mq5" /include:"C:\Build\MQL5" /log
it writes a .log next to the source with the errors and warnings, and the .ex5 if it compiles clean. use /s instead of /compile if you only want a syntax check.

what you really need on that machine is metaeditor64.exe plus the MQL5\Include folder with the standard library files your code uses. I dont know of an official standalone compiler package, so for the licensing and redistribution part its better to ask Service Desk directly.
