MT5 Build 6230 — Minimal MQL5 Script fails initialization before OnStart (error code 0)

Description:

I am investigating an unresolved MetaTrader 5 Script initialization issue.

A minimal, include-free MQL5 Script containing a valid void OnStart() handler did not reach its first Print() statement. The preserved logs report initialization failed with code 0.

The historical run had Algo Trading switched OFF. No trade execution occurred during these diagnostics. The evidence review also identified a second Script-load lifecycle whose origin remains unresolved.

My Windows installation and MT5 data were subsequently lost after a Windows reinstall, so I cannot currently reproduce or collect further runtime evidence.

I have a privacy-redacted vendor review package containing the preserved evidence, compiler output, relevant hashes and six technical questions.

Could you advise on the possible cause and the appropriate vendor-supported diagnostic process? Please also confirm whether a private evidence-submission channel is available before I share the ZIP.

The issue remains unresolved. I am not requesting permission to run further experiments without an approved diagnostic procedure.

Ask the AI that wrote your comment why it didn’t advise you to include code to reproduce the issue.

No need for packages or zip archives. Just an MQL5 script containing the minimal code required to reproduce the issue.
