Is automated polling of the official MQL5 Freelance RSS feed allowed?

Hello,

I am an MQL5 Freelance developer and I want to use the official Jobs RSS feed only to detect newly published Freelance jobs faster:

https://www.mql5.com/en/job/rss

I already use the official mobile push notifications, but in my real usage they sometimes arrive about 2–3 minutes after the job publication, when several developers have already applied.

I would like to clarify the permitted use of the official RSS feed under the current MQL5 Terms of Use.

Could a moderator or MetaQuotes representative please clarify:

 1. Is /en/job/rss currently an officially supported RSS feed for Freelance jobs?

 2. Is it allowed to use a standard RSS reader or a small personal program to automatically check this feed?

 3. If automated checking is allowed, what polling frequency is permitted or recommended?

 4. The feed currently contains
. Is this only an RSS cache lifetime value, or does MetaQuotes require clients to wait at least 5 minutes between requests?

 5. Are there any documented rate limits for this feed?

 6. Does the feed intentionally omit some public Freelance jobs?

 7. Is there any official API, webhook, event stream or other supported method for receiving new Freelance jobs with lower latency than mobile push notifications?

My intended use is strictly read-only:

 • detect newly published public Freelance jobs;

 • notify me locally;

 • no automatic applications;

 • no automatic messages;

 • no scraping of HTML pages;

 • no private data;

 • no interference with MQL5 services.

I want to make sure any implementation fully complies with section 3.7 of the Terms of Use.

Thank you.
