Why Service Desk ignore me for over 3 weeks?

I've got a couple fake purchases from noname user, the purshases were declined , I have no idea about why, what and who is the buyer.
Then I received a messeage that I couldn't withdraw any funds from my acc and I need to do a verification - I created a ticked and no one respond for 3 weeks!!

Once a week (not more) add a follow up message to your ticket.

Nobody can help you on the forum.

As my experience to limit the withdraw they ask a question and if get reasonable answer will allow you to withdraw your money. But if they ignore your request, I think you can re-submit a new request for verification. I had 4 times similar issues and they solved it when I submit new request in Service Desk.
