My withdrawals are blocked and I cannot contact Service Desk

 
Has this ever happened to anyone? They blocked my withdrawals for "verification" issues and when I try to create a request for the Service Desk it says "Your account has been deleted." I still have my account thank God they didn't delete it, maybe just a bug. Still, this is very concerning.
 

Yes, it has happened to another user, so try the following to be able to contact the Service Desk ...

  1. Try to logout (but don't login again), then try the direct Service Desk contact link.
  2. If that does not resolve the issue, try clearing all the "cookies".
  3. If that does not work, then try another browser.
