mql5 support doesn't answer

Hi friends . I opened a request on 2026.08.18 and there isn't any answer yet . Does anyone know what I must to do for this ? Are there another ways to get support from mql5 ?

Generally, support from mql5 users is basically provided here in the Forum, while a Support Ticket is handled by the Support Team of Metaquotes Ltd.

In the Mobile MT5 for Android (Play Store) listing, the following support email address is posted: support@metaquotes.net

There is also a Forum user ID: @MetaQuotes Support

So there you have more ways to reach Metaquotes Support. If there's a technical failure in the Support Ticket system, then it makes sense to reach out via alternative means. If on the other hand, the Support Team is backlogged, adding more communications to the heap merely increases the backlog.
