In the Indicator List, INDICATOR_SHORTNAME is added in parentheses after the file name. It looks quite bulky and cluttered. I don't know if it has always been like this.
The screenshot shows MQL5\Indicators\Examples\MACD.ex5. Build 6140.

Personally, I'd try reformatting it somehow to get rid of the nested parentheses. Display the filename only on mouse hover (as a tooltip), for example.
But that's a matter of taste and doesn't really matter.
