Can an unused MQL5 account balance be refunded?
Normally you can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5 account.

Hi,
I deposited $30 into my MQL5 account balance today intending to subscribe to a signal. The funds remain completely unused and no signal subscription, VPS, or Market purchase has been made.
I no longer wish to use the balance and would like to know whether it is possible to request a refund or reversal of the unused deposit.
I have tried using the MQL5 Helper but was unable to find a way to submit a billing/support request.
Could a moderator please advise on the correct process?
