Can an unused MQL5 account balance be refunded?
Normally you can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5 account.
Hi, I deposited $20 into my MQL5 account to buy a plugin but no longer need it. The funds are untouched. Since regular withdrawal is unavailable for deposited funds, could you please manually refund this transaction to my card? Thank you.

Hi,
I deposited $30 into my MQL5 account balance today intending to subscribe to a signal. The funds remain completely unused and no signal subscription, VPS, or Market purchase has been made.
I no longer wish to use the balance and would like to know whether it is possible to request a refund or reversal of the unused deposit.
I have tried using the MQL5 Helper but was unable to find a way to submit a billing/support request.
Could a moderator please advise on the correct process?
