VPS subscription frozen - LD4 52 not executing EAs

Subject: VPS subscription 6844178 - frozen MT5 instance on LD4 52, please reassign

My VPS subscription 6844178 (London LD4 52) is non-functional:
- Status reports "started"
- Migration completes successfully (charts + experts uploaded)
- BUT: Experts log empty, Journal log empty, CPU 0%
- Embedded MT5 appears frozen — no EAs executing despite successful migration

Earlier today I tested the same setup on a trial VPS (LD4 02). It worked correctly and placed a real trade.

The only variable difference is the assigned VPS server.

Please reassign my subscription 6844178 to a different physical server (any of: LD4 01-50, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, NY) or troubleshoot the LD4 52 instance.

If reassignment is not possible, I request a full refund.

You can write to the service desk asking to change MQL5 VPS server for example:

It is for the service desk: look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
