I had to redownload MT5 from the credentials page of ftmo, and once I asked for a password change it worked.
Does your broker use the same asset name?
For example, is it GBPJPY, or does your broker use a different symbol such as GBPJPY.pro or GBPJPY.c?
Please check your broker’s symbol list and make sure you use the correct symbol name for your asset.
