Passport/ driving license, proof of address and find some broker that would suit you.

First, you need to find a broker that satisfies your requirements. THEN, check what are their required documents.

My MT5 doesn't want to update the charts. It keeps on saying "Waiting for update".

Close this chart, connect your Metatrader to the broker's/trading account (demo or real one), and open the chart once again.
