Urgent Assistance Required – Financial Operations Limited

 

One morning,
I logged into my account and saw the message: “Financial operations are limited.” Since then, I have been trying to understand what happened.
Currently, my products are not being sold, my marketplace ranking is dropping, and customers who already purchased my products report that they cannot download them. I also have earnings inside the account, and I am unable to withdraw them.

I opened a support ticket 2 days ago and requested clarification, but so far I have not received any explanation about the problem yet.

There is one situation that I suspect may possibly be related, and I would like to share it in case it helps clarify the matter:

Some time ago, a person contacted me via Telegram and offered to promote my products in exchange for a commission from the sales. The communication appeared professional, and I accepted the proposal cautiously.
I was already concerned because I had previously experienced an issue where someone requested a refund externally after a purchase-related dispute.
Because of that experience, I informed this person that commissions could only be paid after the standard holding period had passed.
After this, the person became aggressive, said they would report me, and later the purchase itself was cancelled/reversed.

My concern is that this individual may have attempted to misuse payment methods or conduct unauthorized activity involving the purchase process.
I cannot confirm this, and this is only my personal suspicion based on the sequence of events.

At the moment, I still do not know whether this situation is connected to the limitation placed on my account, because I have not yet received any official explanation from MQL5.

I fully respect compliance and security procedures, and I am ready to cooperate with any verification process if required.
I only hope the matter can be reviewed and clarified as soon as possible, because the current situation is causing both financial and reputational damage to my business and my customers.

If I was restricted because of this situation, then it means anyone in the marketplace could be harmed very easily. Imagine if this happened to one of the top-ranked products in the market — how would the process be handled in that case?

I'm sorry to hear that. For a successful store to lose rankings for such a reason is practically a hidden punishment... If the problem isn't resolved quickly, it will create irreversible losses. Hopefully, your MQL management will clarify the issue as soon as possible so you can resume your sales...
