current candle can always repaint, it's normal, the good quality information is in the previous candles before current - this is wherein the trend lies
Repaint on current bar is valuable to some manual traders because it shows tick activity, and the current bar is often useless for automated systems

You obviously haven't noticed that standard candlestick charts in MT5 print the current candle in the same way.
If you're looking for an indicator that knows the closing direction of the current candle before it exists, you can stop now.
When we're on OHLC level, it's always unkown how the current bar will close. However it can be approximated based on live incoming ticks. This was the concept of my "anti timeframe" moving average.
