Hello! After you purchase or rent the EA on MQL5, open MT5 → Navigator → Market → Purchased, then download and install the EA. After that, drag it onto a chart and enable “AutoTrading”. Good luck!

How can I contact customer service? I had an autotrade which wasn't executed.

It's the second time that this is happening, very annoying and not fair.

Autotrading should be checked in Metatrader and in the EA as well (there are two places to check/tick the autotrading).
If you accepted autotrading on those two places and if something was wrong anyway so it may be the issue with your EA.

 To download and use an EA in MT5:

 1. Go to Tools → Options → Community and log in with your MQL5 account
 2. Open the Market using the Market icon in the Toolbox (bottom panel) — expand it if it’s collapsed
 3. Alternatively, you can access it via Tools → MQL5 Market
 4. Search for the EA and click Download
 5. After installation, go to Navigator → Expert Advisors
 6. You can also find downloaded EAs under Navigator → Market (expand it)
 7. Drag the EA onto your chart
 8. Enable AutoTrading on the top toolbar

 If you have an EA file (.ex5), place it in:
 File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts, then restart MT5.

 If anything doesn’t show up, double-check that you’re logged in under the Community tab.
