I urgently need assistance reaching the Service Desk. My KYC verification application was automatically rejected because I accidentally left my VPN active during the document submission, which caused a location mismatch flag.
I need a human administrator to reset my verification status so I can resubmit my documents from my actual local network. However, my profile is now locked, and the MQL5 Helper chatbot is stuck in a loop—it completely refuses to let me open a manual Service Desk ticket.
Could a moderator please help escalate this to the support team or force a ticket to open on my account? Thank you very much for your help.
