I am writing to request a manual review of my identity verification process for my MQL5 account: **minhnguyen1504**.
Unfortunately, my previous verification attempt was rejected because I mistakenly submitted a **cropped photo of my Citizen Identification Card (CCCD)**. I was not aware that edited or trimmed documents were not allowed. I sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding.
I now fully understand the guidelines and have taken a **clear, original, unedited photo of my full ID**, ready to resubmit for proper verification.
However, I am currently unable to contact the support team directly, as the chatbot system does not provide an option to escalate to human support. Therefore, I am posting here with the hope that a moderator or support staff can help escalate my request for manual review.
