i bought a EA and now it is gone from MQL5 platform any help what should i do?

tried customer services but they closing ticketwith 48 hours and i have to wait for one reply like 5 days.

so i bought this EA GBPUSD for 499 usd  and now has gone from this platform i need help to sort it out please.

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\ MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
4. Open MetaTrader terminal
5. Try to install product again

The product has been removed from the Market, but you can still install and use it, if you have enough remaining activations.

How to Install your Purchase

Log into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community. Install the EA only through the Market section:

MT4: Terminal >> Market >> Purchased >> Install

MT5: Navigator >> Market >> My Purchases >> Install

Copying ex4/ex5 files manually will not work for MQL5.com Market purchases.

Stay logged into your MQL5 account at all times so the EA continues to run properly.

If you can't install your purchase on a VPS, please examine the Journal tab log in your MT4/5 Terminal/Toolbox window for any messages or errors.
