problem with a withdrawal from my account

 

Hello,
I have a problem with a withdrawal from my account.
I made a withdrawal, but the amount went to "Beneficiary: bank card" and not to the Visa card as usual.
I have now lost the amount and I don't know where it went.
The amount now appears as if it is pending.
But I don't know where it went.

Please have the official responsible for these matters resolve this issue.

 

The ammount is going to the card you attached to your profile (you made the withdrawal before for this card) or to the card you accept as a new card. 
Means: it is not going to nowhere, and it is going to the card you personally selected for that.
It is what I know about withdrawal.

But regarding the service desk, I tried to contact them, but it is automated and the response options are limited, and what I want ends with the chat being terminated. Among the limited responses, there is no option to transfer the chat to a real employee to follow up on the problem.
