If you cancel within 7 days, without having activated and installed your purchase, you will receiver a refund of the entire amount (including VAT) in your MQL5 account.You are not alone. I've bought an expensive EA because it worked pretty well during testing and I didn't mind if it needed to trade for a couple months before I get my money back.
It turned out to be a complete waste of my money.

There’s also one that couldn’t make money. I wouldn’t come here to talk about it, because they are willing to admit the EA’s shortcomings and listen to my opinion.This AI PXXXXXXM really made me angry — it’s also the most expensive EA I’ve ever bought.
A couple of days ago, I gave my opinion in their group, and they accused me of targeting their staff. Because of the Bitter Smile prize figure. (Insane..)
They used that as a distraction, saying I was in the wrong, delete my conversation and mute me, instead of addressing the real issue.
In the MQL5 EA forum, I objectively explained my trading frequency and how many MT5 terminals I used — only 2 trades in 30 trading days (with picture) — and they just told me to contact their technical department for help.
But many people in the group also reported that there were no trades...
Everytime, they just said we can lower the AI’s risk‑prevention mechanism — but if we’re willing to take on more risk, then we can get more trades... Isn't this just trading to actively seek out losses?
Furthermore, when I had just joined their GROUP and many people were saying there were no TRADES, I participated in their giveaway of one LICENSE for another EA,
CXXXX OIL, which also doesn't make money, and moreover they forced me to write the words they liked in the COMMENT, and their attitude during the process was very rude. With such tactics, their methods can be seen.

I am posting it all the time on the forum during the many years (it is about Market products but it is same for the Signals and for Freelance as well):
Once product is activated - refunds are no longer possible. If you wish to request a refund, it must be done prior to activating the product. Thanks for your understanding.

You can easily spot a non-transparent seller. He has no public signal on MQL5 Signals and only posts unverified pictures on the comments.

So that’s why — no wonder they only show it on their own company’s website instead of on MQL5 public signals. I’ll keep that in mind next time. Thank you!
