Financial operations are limited after cancellation of cloud VPS

 

Hello Community,

As part of my testing, I was evaluating the MQL5 Cloud VPS to ensure full compatibility for my future clients. Unfortunately, I made a mistake during this process and accidentally installed the product on a different account. I was unaware that doing so would trigger an automatic system restriction.

I have opened a ticket but not yet got response.

Any admin please assist me in lifting the "Financial limitations" restriction currently placed on my account? Resolving this quickly is very important so I can continue my development and testing process.
