Can't publish on CodeBase

Hi all

I'm new here, I've recently published some utilities on the market and wanted to share part of its logic as an opensource code on the CodeBase too, but the process is stuck for whatever reason at 80% on the 'Code' phase, even though the final test was succesful.

I've uploaded both code and screenshot, what am I missing?

 

For what I have researched, you need to have either more time or more rating!

Solved.

Apparently solved by itself lol I just refreshed the page and saw the 'Publish' button, I don't know what happened.
