Hi As subject information having issues connecting to my already subscribed signal and also unable to access chat messages.Tried raising service desk request but not sucessful under which category etc.

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter

It is as per what you mentioned.Everything was working for so long and this issue happened just two days back suddenly.i have all necessary permissions in place. both on mt4 and in mql5
