Vertical scale freeze on M1/M5 timeframes after build 5572 (Blend2D)

Description:
- MT5 Build: 5572 (released Jan 29, 2026)
- Problem: Vertical price scale cannot return to original position after dragging down
- Affects: M1 and M5 timeframes ONLY on forex pairs (EUR/USD, etc.)
- Does NOT affect: Higher timeframes (M15+) or instruments with less history (Gold, Bitcoin)
- Tested: Empty chart without indicators - problem persists
- Suspected cause: Blend2D rendering engine with 100k+ bars history

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open EUR/USD M1 chart
2. Drag vertical scale down
3. Try to drag it back up - it won't return fully

Please update to beta 5574.

We've removed Blend2D and there will be no more blurriness.

We are now working on upgrading the client terminal and editor.
