My financial operations have been restricted since I created this account.

This issue has existed from the very beginning, and I have never been able to perform any financial transactions.

I have already tried to contact support via the Service Desk, but the automated system does not understand my explanation and keeps repeating the same questions.

I would like this issue to be reviewed manually by the support team.

You should ask the service desk for advice, and do not speak with automated robot - it is about HowTo:

When I visit https://www.mql5.com/ I now get this message: You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403 It always worked...

Following your instructions, I was able to reach the Service Desk and my request has now been submitted to the support team.

I can communicate with the admins now.
