because I was paying with my credit card more than once, in a short period of time, I guess, because I wanted to finish a test and my PC couldn't handle having a problem with the PSU, now sorted, they decide to limit, actually blocked, my possibility to pay, and also asking me for photo with my ID in my hand and one whit my credit card in my hand as well. What for? I was "paying" using only my credit card and I always used the same exact credit card, so where is the problem and why the request of all those information about me. I'm only using MQL for the VPS and sometimes, unfortunately, the Agents, for testing. That's all. No even my broker ask me all this photos of me with my ID and certainly no one holding my credit card in my hand as well. I have tried to close the account and just move my VPS somewhere else. I don't have time to waste in this nonsense. Can please somebody tell me how to close my account here, and also have all my informations deleted? Thank You.
