Using FAB Ratibi card in the UAE for trading related expenses, any issues?

I’m based in the UAE and currently using a FAB Ratibi card as my primary card for day to day expenses. I’m also getting more active with trading and testing strategies on MT5, mostly small position sizes and occasional VPS or data related payments. Before I rely on this setup long term, I wanted to understand if anyone here has experience using a Ratibi card in a trading context.

Specifically, I’m trying to figure out whether there are practical limitations I should be aware of. Things like balance updates not reflecting immediately after deposits or withdrawals, card transactions being delayed when markets are volatile, or restrictions when paying for trading tools, subscriptions, or VPS services that are billed outside the UAE. I’ve noticed that sometimes the available balance and the actual spendable amount don’t line up in real time, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to manage risk tightly.

I’m not looking for banking advice, more for real usage experience from traders who may be in a similar situation. If you’re using a Ratibi or similar salary card while trading, did it cause any friction with funding accounts, paying for services, or keeping track of balances during active trading periods? I’m trying to avoid surprises once real money and live execution are involved.
