I get an error message when im trying to subscribe to a signal. It says "Operation is unavailable. You can write to Servicedesk for any questions.
Please help if anyone has an answer for me, it was working when I first started on the platform I could get as far as subscribing and purchasing, but i had a few transactional issue, I dont think there was enough money on my bank card. I wonder if all the attempts at transactions has limited my account. Please if anyone can help me resolve the issue as I really would like to purchase signals for trading immediately.
