As said before its vacation time but MQ is not a bank and does not want to be suspected of acting as one.

This is probably one of the reasons why the response time is usually 14 days, as with all problems that end up at the service desk.

After all, there is no AI behind the service desk that always generates the same answers – so please be patient.
