failed download product [500]

Hello everyone,

I'm not able to download any free app from the market. I logged to the community and to my broker's account. As well thourgh many suggestions in sismilar topics which created earlier. Tested many times

Can you please advise what could be the issue and how to resolve it.

That's my guess. I'll wait and try again tomorrow. I've already contacted support, though.
 
same.  cant update an EA or download any free ones to test this weekend.
 
Same, must be an mql5 issue. I've tried on vps, native machine, and a separate machine. Tried broker version of mt5 as well as a fresh download. I was able to purchase an indicator, but was unable to activate or install on terminal. 
 
I'm also having the same problem. I think it's on the mql5 side

Here is a step by step guide for buying, installing, testing and using a metatrader 4 expert advisor 1. On the left side of the market tab, click the purchased option and then click the blue install button on the right side, of the product you t see your purchase when you click the purchased option, check the below mentioned issues that you have internet explorer or microsoft edge latest version installed on your computer or vps that you are using the latest build of metatrader 4 that you are logged into your mql5 account in mt4 community tab, using your login - not your email that your mql5 account password is less than 10 characters if your password is 10 or more characters - change mql5 account password t see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following your metatrader terminals go to c community delete all files starting from mql4

I tried to buy an indicator on MQL5 and install it on MT5, but I'm getting an error in the operation log: '2025.11.02 15:58:35.203 MQL5 Market failed download product [500]'. I'm having trouble and would appreciate it if you could tell me how to resolve this.
