Agents disconnecting shortly after a clean install

Recently I made a new build featuring the new Intel Core 7 Ultra 265K, downloaded the latest build for the agents manager however despite the agents being created and running successfuly for a short while, they will disconnect and stay like that.

I've made sure there is nothing blocking them from running properly & re-installing but doesn't seem to work.

Is this an issue from my side or could it be something else?

They will get around 20 passes each with a PR of around 233.

Until today I was running my old rig with a Ryzen 5800X and it was running daily just fine.

Your new Intel build is likely fine, but something in the setup (drivers, power settings, or network connection) is making your agents lose contact after a while. It’s probably not a global/server issue, since your old Ryzen rig worked fine.

It’s most likely a driver or power setting issue on your new system, not the agents themselves. Start with updating NIC drivers and disabling power saving — that fixes most cases like yours.

Thank you for the insight.

All drivers should be updated and I don't see any anything within the power settings that could be causing such. I will check if there is anything in the bios but I am a bit lost as to exactly what I should be focusing on.

maybe winblows is going into sleep mode or one of the other hybrid sleep or hibernation "states". I use Powertoys to force winblows to keep "awake".

It isnt, I've checked

Also checked the log files and everything seems to be alright, connects, does a few jobs and then instantly disconnects.

There is nothing in the logs that specifies why it has disconnected.

Opened up a service ticket to see if they can give me any extra info on it but for now no luck.

Ensured firewall isn't blocking anything, disabled all every saver/power states in the pc including ethernet adapter but still nothing.

As an update, I've made sure my network/ISP isn't the issue by sharing from mobile data and I still get the same result.

Now not even after a fresh re-install will it connect my agents.

Here is a screenshot of the end for all agent's logs where it shows the sudden disconnection to the server.

This all points out to some sort of issue/ban from the server that is preventing my agents from connecting to the cloud, but my question remains as to why.

I've gotten no notifications from MQL5 on regards to any issues and all I did was swap to this new build.

My only theory is that there is some compatibility issues with this new intel platform that could have flagged my agents?

Got no idea honestly

search this forum. There are several threads describing your exact same issue. But there can be more than 1 cause. And just because your "seen" power options are disabled, there are several power options that are hidden. Try powertoys and see if you continue with same issue. This is the most common fix.

There are logs, what do they say?

Perhaps you missed some comments above but I did mention checking the logs (both from agents & manager) however I found nothing that determined why such happened.

I even attached a snip from them where it just suddenly disconnects.

Still havent heard back from support but I was able to continue messing around thanks to some other user's advice on power settings and such, now I've got 8 agents (from a total of 20 I could have) working fine.

If eveything goes well, I'l enable to the 12 to see if that causes any issues. (Could perhaps be related to this CPU having 8 perf cores & 12 efc cores?)

Honestly got no idea and still as lost as before but hoping whatever I changed is gona work now.

An odyssey with the Intel Core Ultra 7 265K

NebulaFactory, 2025.10.10 00:04

Recently I made a post seeking advice running the agents in a new system which has the aforementioned CPU.

Some of you gave some useful tips, however none of it seemed to help or make any difference. I kept having my agents temporarily banned by the server after only a few minutes/hours of running, which meant waiting a few days between tests.

Downloaded power toys, ensured networking/firewall, windows defender, etc.. wasn't the issue, set high priorities, disabled core parking, etc etc...

Nothing really seemed to help, I even contacted support and they pretty much chat-gpt' ignored my request. Therefore I went on to manually add each agent and constantly check logs every few minutes for errors and I may have found the issue?

Turns out, the agents will only run in Efficiency cores.

I know it sounds weird, and it is, but it turns out that any agent that was assigned to a performance core, ended up failing all of it tasks and since there are 8 of them (8 perf, 12 eff) it caused the server to temp pan the whole system for a while. I was able to get 12 agents running (on the efficiency cores) and so far seem to be working just fine, no major errors in the logs, groupal server disconnection, etc...

So yeah, I really do not know why this happens (or if it still will stop working sometime after) but so far it has been what I've been able to observe.

Are any of you also running the 265K that could share some insight on the topic? If so it would be much appreciated!
