Purchased EA does not appear in some of my broker MT5 plattform

I have purchased 4 EA recently. I have a Vps with several brokers (each broker has its own mt5 plattform)

For some reason, in some brokers mt5 plattform I cannot see all of the EAs i purchased (only 23 of them). I can t even find the EA in the market place as if it was somehow deleted or banned.

But if i open the same broker in other computer , i can see it (sometimes) 

the thing is that I have to install it only infromthe vps and i cannot do it from the web as it automaticaly install in the broker i don't want 8does not let me the choice to select the mt5 plattform)


Any solutions?  MQl5 is not willing to answer to technical issues

You can refresh the Market tab of your Metatrader (for new/old purchases to be listed in the Market/Purchased tab) - in the following way:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

have you tried to copy all eas between the terminals? I know that I can activate an ea on marketplace, and then copy the file from the terminal that i activated it on, and copy it to all the other terminals on the same computer. This works 9 out of 10 times.
