Trading view and calculation issues.

So basically I’ve trading on mt5 using [redacted] as a broker.
What happened I place an order(trade) in GBP/USD pair as a sell with 0.1 lot size.
What was happening when the price goes down it should show me profit but it was increasing loss and the other way around.
I’ve attached a video please have a look and what I can do.
I close the trade with loss for which I should get peofit.
 

You opened at 1.35233 and closed at 1.35322, which is 89 points (8.9 pips) above the opening price of the sell position.

It's called "spread"!

There is a Ask price and a Bid price. Charts only shows the bars/candles based on Bid (or Last) prices.

  • A "buy" position opens at the Ask price and closes at the Bid price.
  • A "sell" position opens at the Bid price and closes at the Ask price.

Your video shows that only the Bid price line is active, so enable the Ask price line so that you can track that value as well. 

Also, remember to factor in any other trading costs, such as commission.

Please note that the term "points" used in this context, refers to the MetaTrader points, not the Dollar Points (as used in the Stock Market).
