MQL5 banned my account with $220 without telling me reason why

I have problem with my account which i have more than $200 on and mql5 banned the account till 2035 without letting me know what i do wrong so one of my friend instruct me to contact mql5 support through his account so i'm here to know solution

How many accounts/profiles do you have?

There is always a reason, you can read it at the top of your banned profile page, in the red warning message.

So, AdepojuJohn0 is not your account/profile?
Because this AdepojuJohn0 profile is not banned.

You can contact with the service desk, and you do not need to use any profile (and you do not need to login on the forum) to contact with the service desk. So, just make log out, and contact.
Because this is the users' forum (not the service desk) so you need to write to the service desk.
