Buyers unable to download a product after purchase.

 

Dear MQL5 Community,

Hello,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue affecting some of my clients. Several have reported being unable to download one of my products after purchase, despite successful transactions. The returned error is  29111 not found in the database. Additionally, my MQL5 Service Desk link appears unresponsive, which limits my ability to resolve these cases directly.

Has anyone experienced similar challenges? 

 
  • Make sure that your buyers fill Communitt tab with your forum login and forum password (and with the confirmation of sucessful login in Metatrader's journal).
  • Besides, if they really bought the product so this product should be named in their database; if not so they are still in the process of the buying it (because it is int'l transactions and it may take some time for example).
  • If everything is fine so it may be necessary to use the following procedure - just to refresh the Market tab in Metatrader: post

It is nothing to do with metatrader sorry. It would be nice if metaquotes paid some attention to the posts in the forum. And there are a lot of cases when users of the forum proves/confirmed/reproduced some bug, and the service desk is fixing those bugs after that and replying about it on the thread with new beta build of metatrader issuing (in case of mt5 for example)

What do you mean it is unresponsive? Nothing happens when you click it?

You can also ask your buyers to contact Service Desk directly and provide details of the problem.
