Unresponsive Developer Since October 6th - Requesting Community Assistance

 
Hello MQL5 Community,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Shahzad Paracha, and I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a developer I hired on MQL5 who has been unresponsive since October 6th. The developer was working on a project with a tight deadline, and despite my attempts to communicate multiple times, I have received no response.
Additionally, I canceled the order on October 17th due to the lack of communication. I’m concerned about the situation and would like to know how to contact MQL5 support regarding this issue. 
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with a developer on this platform? Any advice or recommendations on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.
