Just noticed that daylight clock has been adjusted? Does it mean that now markets will open one hour earlier on MT5?
When was this changed happened?
The DST time adjustment usually occurs in March and October in all countries that change their time.
Brokers are usually following these changes.

Not exactly.
The American winter DST switch is in November. And Australian 'winter' switch is in April (though I never seen this one used with MT5).

Oddball me here, chiming in from the U.S....
As I'm trading CME (this is an exchange--not a broker) futures contracts in MT5, my broker uses CDT (Chicago). The 5pm CDT futures close conveniently aligns with 4pm EDT, the time at which the regular session of the New York equities market closes.
If a broker/exchange were in the U.S. state of Alaska or Hawaii, or any of the Rocky Mountain states, PST or MST would be used, respectively--and hence, no daylight savings applied.
And then of course, the west coast is PDT in which daylight savings once again applies.- Free trading apps
