how to deal with scammer in MQL5?

HII had bought <name of the EA was deleted by moderator> a week ago which now its not in the MQL5 anymore , i contact the seller <name of the seller was deleted by moderator> and i never got a reply.  even has page had all the EA were least it last week been gone and been replace with other one . please advise me what to do to this miner    
 

There is the procedure about how to install even if the product was deleted from the Market (it is for MT5 but it is same for MT4) -

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

Do not forget to fill Community tab of Metatrader (because MQL5 Market does not work without Community tab).
