Can I provide a signal if I use EAs from the market?

Hi, does anyone know whether I can register my account as a signal provider if I use several EAs from the market, as well as manual trading?

What if I only used EAs from the MQL5 market?

Would like to know if that is allowed or not.

In other words, the "signal" is taking away business and sales from the author of the product. With some personal experience on the matter, i would say that the use of an ea as a base for a signal, it boosts this product's sales and doesn't undermine them, especially when it is mentioned that this ea is used in that signal
 
I wish we could get an official answer from Metaquotes or MQL5
