Please Help - Cannot subscribe to any MT5 signals

Hello,

I have previously used my MT4 account to subscibe to signals without any issues.

Now I have a new MT5 account and tried to subscibe to MT5 Signal providers but no matter what Signal provider i choose it fails to Subscribe.

Yes i do have over $100 in balance credit.

Yes I'm logged in to the mql5 on the MT5 platform.

Cannot figure out why its not allowing me to subscribe. I get a message "Subscription Failed".

Tried doing it with multiple different mt5 platforms.

Tried subscibing on my laptop and on my VPS.

I have attached example of "Subscription Fail"
