Which is a good site where you can get a forex calendar for a MQL5 expert advisor? It is a better approach to get calendar from multiple resources, in case one of them is unavailable over time?

they're all good. But all of them will sometimes have 1 or 2 or 3 news events that are reported, that may not be on the others. none of these sites is better than the rest -- imo.

 
MQL5 does have the Economic Calendar itself. If you use MQL4, then you can use any site as long as it provides you the link or API. however, ForexFactory.com is the most reliable so far at least for me.
