charts stuck on august 21st need help.

Hey I've been having this problem for about 3 months now and nothing I do can seem to fix it. Ive signed into different accounts, redownloaded the app multiple times and updated the app along with my computer. It doesn't matter what chart I use they all are frozen on the same date and they never move. currently I use my phone to trade but I want to use my computer and this problem is making it seem impossible. I have a MacBook Air 13" running on macOS 10.15.7 please help me.

With all due respect to both MetaQuotes and Apple - MetaTrader on Mac is a hassle at the moment.

Get Windows (Parallels Desktop on Mac) and focus on your strategy not frozen dates that never move. In case you are keen to use plain macOS - here is a thread where users manage successfully MT5/Mac
