Hello every one
I have 3 problems with offline Charts in MT5 that provide timeframes less than M1, e.g. 5s, 10s, ... .
my problems are:
1. When I open these offline charts candles create correctly but there is no bid/ask line in the chart even it's enable in the setting (I have the same indicator in MT4 and there isn't such problem and bid/ask line are in the offline charts).
2. the related timeframe to these offline chart always is M1 for 5s, 10s ,...(again in MT4 there isn't such problem and timeframe defines by the name of the source file, e.g. EURUSD105.hst means timeframe is 105 but in fact it is 5s). I know there is no seconds timeframe but I want to define timeframe for these offline charts in MT5 too same as MT4.
3. It's a question, offline charts in MT4 define by *.hst files, but as I know in MT5 it's something else, is it possible to define offline charts in MT5 like MT4 as *.hst files?
First of all in MT5 it's called Custom Symbol, and there is no Offline charts. It's different technology and technique.
No idea without seeing it.
https://www.mql5.com/en/code/52527#
here is the source code.
Not possible, M1 is the base of all in MT5 and it can't be changed.
any Ideas how can we define e.g. M7 (not predefined timeframe) as timeframe in MT5 for a Custom Symbol?
