Please help, how do I go about getting my pay, I've completed the job, and the customer agreed to the negotiation phase and after sending the final job to him, the client has not clicked to approve my payment not reply to my chat since the day I sent the work file to him.
 
Its weekend. So wait. Client must be enjoying the holiday. Keep a buffer of 7 days. If you do not get reply in 7 days, then you can do further actions which you are authorized to do. Later you can rate the client with feedback on "Availability and communication skills" based on your experience.
 
there was a clause that released the funds automatically after 15 days if i recall  .

I have read the freelancing rules many times and have not seen this.

 
If it happens with anyone else, you can just open a ticket in service desk saying that you have complete the job and customer has not comfirmed the payment stage. It happened to me some times with a recurring customer that often confirms the demonstration and forget the "handover and payment". Of course, wait some days and send some messages to customer informing that he need confirme the payment. If he does not reply within few days, then you are supported by these messages.
