If it happens with anyone else, you can just open a ticket in service desk saying that you have complete the job and customer has not comfirmed the payment stage. It happened to me some times with a recurring customer that often confirms the demonstration and forget the "handover and payment". Of course, wait some days and send some messages to customer informing that he need confirme the payment. If he does not reply within few days, then you are supported by these messages.
