Customer has not accepted the Handover step

Hi,

I'm a developer in Freelance, I did a job for a customer and accepted the Demo step. but then the customer did not come back to confirm the last Step and it has been 3 days with no response. What can I do?

 
I supposed after 7 days, the system will automatically mark as "Handover and Payment".

Hey Christmas is coming for some with a lot additional stress and it's flue-time and I think the MQ office also has fewer staff than normal. I think everything will slow down a bit until January 6.
