Hi Andrea,
The type of execution (Instant or Market) and the way partial closes are handled depend largely on the broker, not on MT5 itself.
Some brokers may enable or restrict certain types of execution depending on their liquidity, regulatory or infrastructure conditions.
Regarding the display of profit values on partial closes, it is possible that the broker has changed the execution settings, which affects the way MT5 displays the information.
It would be good to check with the broker if there is a way to get that functionality back or if it is a limitation of the instant execution they have implemented.

Thank you Michael AVA,
Sorry IF I Failed to express a few things in my Prior Comment;
1>The "Fly Blind Comment" applies to my Laptop, where I initiate 90% of my Trades as it seems that MT5 on my Cellphone will still express the Numerical Profit Value being Partially Closed out at the bottom of the screen just as it did in years prior in spite of recent changes to MT5 as it is quite obvious there has been some sort of recent update to the Display Settings.
2>I did Log Out of my Broker Account & onto an MT5 Demo Account to test the theory U made mention of to No Avail - meaning, Nothing has changed on my Laptop (which kinda sucks).
3>IF your "theory" is correct, could this mean that there are cookies on my Laptop affecting this & that an Uninstall/Reinstall is in order?
Andrea

Hello Miguel AVA (Sorry for calling you Michael But Hey, He is an Archangel - No? LoL),
OK, so things went from sucking to Not Sucking as bad as you are 90% Correct ;
1>The Broker has much to do with it (just as you said) BUT
2> When opening an MT5 DEMO Account, 1 must be careful what they choose OR they will end up with the Results aforementioned.
3> I really don't have all day to poke around But when I logged in to an old Broker Account - everything was fine But then, when I reverted back to an MT5 DEMO Account, same issues arose.
Hope this Helps anyone out there having same/similar issues.

Why is there now Instant Execution in lieu of Market Execution & why are the Profit Values No Longer being shown when one attempts to execute a Partial Close of Position?
As of just a late, I'm seeing this Instant Execution dropdown with an added Deviation Tab on the Menu that one can only assume is an adjustment for Slippage based on a Point System?
Now that's all Fine & Dandy IF this is being done to help reduce the number of orders for Open/Close around overlapping Market Sessions when Trade Volume is extremely high BUT
a> WHY are the actual Monetary Values based on my selected Partial Volume Close being sacrificed for this? and
b> Is there a way I can get MT5 to show this again b/c it's almost like Flying Blind now whereas previously I could actually See the amount of Money that was being Closed Out using Market Execution whereas with Instant Execution I cannot?
Thanks in Advance.
Andrea
