I been trying to trade on a new demo acc with 100 000 usd and a 1:1 leverage ratio since soon ill be trading funded with a 90k account 1:1. When i was calculating my position for USD/CHF my orders couldnt be made. Here are the trade details: Risk 0,5% (500 usd) at a 9.5 pips stop loss. According to position size calculators from Myfxbook my position is supposed to be 4.62 ish lots. When I enter that the order cancels. I even tried doing an instant execution for 2 lots and that didn't even go through saying not enough money. Its currently 10 pm in GMT+1 and New York just closed. I doubt i can't enter due to low volume so that can't be the issue.

did you ask your broker? they are your first point of contact. They are paid to give you support.
We are just regular users of mt4/5 like yourself. Even most of the moderators have no links to mq or website support.
Not enuf money errors can occur for a few reasons. stupid i know. But ask your broker first. This site is mostly for coding support.
So unless you have some code to show, then, there is not more we can suggest, cept check yoiur symbol specifications. Maybe the broker does not trade at that time? most brokers show quotes a few minutes before and after 0 hour, but will not trade or open trades in that 2 - 5 minute period; and in terms of gold, it might be 1 hour either side of 0 hour.
also check the lot step in specifications. If you tried 4.62 lots, then, probably, that number was invalid. you may need to change your lot for multiples of whatever it says in specifications. may be 0.1 so 4.62 will not be allowed as that is not a multiple of 0.1.did you ask your broker? they are your first point of contact. In USD/CHF, the base currency is the USD, so with a leverage of 1:1, you would need 100,000 USD to trade 1 lot.
When the system (terminal) says there is not enough money 99.999999999% of the time there is not enough money. It is as simple as that. 😊
You can use a better tool, there are max lot scripts on the marketplace for free, can't name one in particular as it goes against the rules.
From the comments above, you may now understand why it's not realistic to use 1:1 leverage. I suggest learning about the leverage
